We built the site on WordPress with Elementor, by creating a “hub” structure that allows each service (physical coaching, coach coaching, nutritional supplements) to be presented distinctly. This tailored approach ensures that each target customer finds the relevant information without being lost by other offers. The design is dynamic and energetic, in line with the fitness and coaching sector.
Optimize lead conversion
Strategy: Integration of Calendly and forms
To streamline the customer acquisition process, we have integrated the appointment scheduling solution Calendly for coaching, and contact forms for each service. The calls to action are clear and encourage visitors to take action. This optimization of the conversion funnel allows Team Ricco to manage its leads in an automated and efficient manner, saving valuable time on a daily basis.
Strengthening “Personal Branding”
Strategy: Emphasis on social proof and testimonials
The site highlights the coaches' backgrounds, values, and results. A section dedicated to "before and after" testimonials reinforces their credibility and reassures prospects. The integration of their Instagram and YouTube feeds connects the site with their content ecosystem and strengthens their community, transforming their site into a true rallying point for their audience.
Structure the content in a coherent manner
Strategy: a segmented and clear user journey
One of the keys to this project was creating a segmented user journey. Services are presented on the homepage so visitors can choose their path: "Physical Transformation Coaching" or "Boost Your Coaching Career." This segmentation ensures a smooth and relevant user experience and avoids confusion between the different offerings.
