We used WordPress and Elementor to design a site that emphasizes visuals and the brand's story. The design is clean and natural, in line with Futon Futé's values. Dedicated sections tell the story of the founders' journey, their commitment to sustainability, and the health benefits of futons. This content was written to create a strong emotional connection with visitors, transforming them from mere consumers into brand ambassadors.
Create a Tailor-Made Shopping Experience
Strategy: Advanced Product Configuration on WooCommerce
The heart of the site is the online store, managed with WooCommerceWe configured the products to allow customers to choose customized options, such as size and firmness, which is essential for a product like a futon. In addition, we implemented a trial “mini futon” system, an innovative strategy that allows customers to test the product on a small scale before investing in a full futon. This approach helped reduce purchasing barriers and build customer confidence.
Optimizing the Sales Funnel

The sales funnel has been optimized to be as simple and transparent as possible. The ordering process, from product selection to payment, is seamless. Contact forms for personalized advice requests and appointment scheduling have also been integrated, providing multiple entry points for prospects. Information on delivery and installation is highlighted, as these are major points of friction for this type of product.

To reassure customers about the product's quality, we highlighted the Swiss Made craftsmanship, the use of natural 100% materials, and the 5-year warranty. Testimonials from satisfied customers are also highlighted, adding a layer of social proof that reinforces the brand's legitimacy and the quality of its products.
