Strategy: Premium branding and a modern online storefront powered by Webflow

Strategy: Development of a booking system + subscription management + secure payments
Geekworkers has integrated a comprehensive module allowing users to book sessions (individual, duo, group), choose a coach, manage their subscriptions, and pay online via Stripe smoothly and securely. The system was designed to minimize friction: dynamic calendar, simplified payment process, and automated notifications to boost booking rates.

Centralized back office and optimized operational management

Strategy: creation of a customized administration space for unified management
We developed a secure back office that centralizes all operations: customer tracking, subscriptions, bookings, payments, coach schedules, and reporting. The interface was designed to be simple, fast, and intuitive, allowing the Gymneva team to manage daily operations independently, with a scalable structure to support growth.

Acquisition and conversion maximized

Strategy: Comprehensive SEO, optimized UX, and conversion-oriented content
Geekworkers optimized the entire platform: SEO structure using Rank Math, optimized copywriting on key pages, performance improvements (speed), targeted landing pages for ads, and a redesigned user journey to convert visitors into customers. A content strategy focused on expertise (coaching, wellness, training) enhances visibility and attracts a qualified audience.
