Emphasis was placed on intuitive navigation and a clear presentation of the services (estimate, sales) and the team.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimizing real estate management<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Strategy: development of a personalized and powerful back office.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A significant part of the project involved creating a back office <strong>WordPress<\/strong> tailor-made allowing the Froidevaux Immobilier team to easily manage detailed property information (descriptions, photos via a dedicated gallery, characteristics) and associated customer data, without requiring external technical intervention for routine updates.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrate essential business tools<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Strategy: expert integration of third-party APIs and development of specific modules.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our expertise in PHP development and API integration was crucial in connecting the platform to <strong>Publimmo<\/strong> (synchronization of goods) and <strong>Price Hubble<\/strong> (real estate appraisal). We have also developed a module for <strong>mortgage calculator<\/strong> tailor-made, adding significant value for site visitors.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Facilitating contact and lead generation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Strategy: implementation of multiple touchpoints and engaging features.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clear contact forms, a blog\/news module for expert content, a multilingual option, and possible integration of <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong> and a chat have been set up to maximize conversion opportunities. Initial SEO optimization and search engine indexing ensure good visibility.
