E-commerce for luxury jewelry: brand storytelling, online sales & in-store appointment booking

Adore AdoredA fine jewelry house based in Geneva, wanted an online presence that reflected the luxury, elegance, and authenticity of its creations. The challenge was to create a high-end online boutique that not only showcased its jewelry collections but also told the brand's story and its values. The site also needed to facilitate appointment booking for bespoke services, such as custom designs and repairs.

Strategy: a bespoke design for an exceptional product

We built the site on WordPress with the powerful page builder ElementorThe aesthetic is minimalist and refined, with high-quality visuals that highlight the finesse of the jewelry. The product catalog on WooCommerce is organized by category (rings, bracelets, etc.) and by designer, offering an intuitive and pleasant browsing experience for customers. The site is a true digital showcase for the jewelry collections.

Highlighting the brand's storytelling

Strategy: Content focused on emotion and heritage

To create an emotional connection, we created pages dedicated to the founders' story and the brand's philosophy. The site tells how each piece of jewelry is a legacy, a story to be passed down, which is particularly powerful in the jewelry industry. The content highlights the notions of "memory" and "legacy," transforming the purchase into a meaningful act.

Centralize services & brands

Strategy: Rigorous Information Architecture

The website centralizes all of Adore Adorée's offerings: online sales, designer showcases, and bespoke services. Each service has its own page, clarifying the offerings for customers and reinforcing the brand's credibility as a jewelry expert. Navigation is clear and logical, allowing visitors to quickly find the information they need.

Optimize appointment scheduling

Strategy: multiple points of contact

In addition to the online store, one of the goals was to generate in-store visits. "Make an appointment" buttons are strategically placed throughout the site, encouraging prospects to schedule a personalized visit. This multi-channel approach (e-commerce and physical) is essential in the jewelry industry, and the site was designed to support this synergy.
